FOUNDER

With almost 20 years of finance and accounting experience in Venture Capital, Private Equity, and family owned businesses spanning multiple industries, I specialize in building companies' finance functions from the ground up, enabling efficient and repeatable data output, which in turn captures the true KPIs of a company's financial performance. I started Syncopated Synergy to fill the gap for small businesses that suffer from trying to fix the symptoms of their finance and accounting problems and not the root cause, as well as provide a flexible “do business the right way” solution to businesses from $300k - $30M in revenue.

I was an NCAA Division II baseball player at Regis University where I received a B.S. in Business Administration Finance and Marketing. When I’m not growing our business, I love spending time with my wife, daughter, and two border collie’s hiking in the mountains, or on the beach in Hawai’i where my wife is from.

CO-FOUNDER + CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER

Over the last 15 years, I have worked in both the nonprofit and for-profit worlds wearing a multitude of hats, ranging from marketing and communications, to fundraising, to recruiting and bookkeeping. I enjoy being a part of designing and implementing strategic plans to take companies to the next level. I am passionate about operational procedures and believe they are key to achieving success.

I have a B.A. in Sociology and Communications from Regis University. I love hiking, SUP’ing, managing a little homestead (including chickens) and living a wonderful life with my husband and daughter.

OPERATIONS MANAGER

I’m a problem-solver at heart, passionate about creating structure and efficiency in fast-moving environments. With a decade of experience in operations, project management, and strategic planning, I thrive on bringing teams together, streamlining processes, and helping organizations grow. My focus is always on the bigger picture—building systems that make work smoother and more impactful.

I have a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Colorado Boulder and enjoy curling up with a good book in my downtime. I'm a proud houseplant parent and love taking walks in the crisp Colorado air to soak up some sunshine.
